Monetary mass (M3) in Kazakhstan as of April 1, 2001 - KZT418.7 bln

/IRBIS, May 18, 01/ - REUTERS informs, with the reference to the Statistics agency of Kazakhstan, that as of April 1, 2001 monetary mass (M3) increased to KZT418.7 bln from KZT401.4 bln as of March 1. In reporting period the proportion of cash within total monetary mass is said to have increased by 1.8%. It is also said that KZT2.2 bln was issued into the circulation in March of this year.
