/KASE, July 22, 2016/ – As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of June 24, 2016, bonds
KZ2P0Y04F294 (KZ2P00003635; KZT1,000, KZT570.0 mln; July 22, 2016 – July 22, 2020;
semi-annual coupon 15.0 % p.a.; 30/360) of ARLAN WAGONS LLP (Almaty) were included
in KASE official list's category "other debt securities".
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of July 22, 2016, since said
issuer fulfilled terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document
"Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
Eurasian Capital (Almaty) is the representative of holders of said bonds.

Said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) ARWAb1.
