First trading in ordinary shares KZ1C60260011 (KZ1C00001288, AKZM) of Aktobe Metalware Plant on KASE secondary market closed 43.2 % above offering price on IPO

/KASE, July 22, 2016/ – Trading in ordinary shares KZ1C60260011 (KZ1C00001288, KASE official list, second category, AKZM) of Aktobe Metalware Plant (Aktobe) opened today in the secondary market sector of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). The trading opened at KZT13,101.00 per share, which is by 17.2 % higher than the offering price. During the first 20 minutes of the trading the price reached a maximum of KZT16,500.00, which is equivalent to an increase of 47.6%. At the trading close AKZM were trading at KZT16,000.00 per share (+43.2 % on the offering price under the conducted IPO). A total of 168 deals were concluded on KASE on that day. The volume of transactions on deals reached KZT298.1 mln. The price of shares varied from KZT13,098.70 to KZT16,500.00 and made up a weighted average of KZT15,033.88 per share based on results of the trading.
