/KASE, July 18, 2016/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE or Exchange) Management Board, the deadline for accepting orders
from members of the Exchange for purchase of ordinary shares KZ1C60260011
(KZ1C00001288, KASE official list, second category, AKZM) of Aktobe
Metalware Plant (Aktobe) was extended until 21:00 o'clock (Astana time) on
July 15 and 18, 2016.
This decision was taken by KASE Management Board based on item 7 of article
2 of the Rules of Subscription to Securities

receipt of an official letter from Freedom Finance (Almaty), acting as the
seller during the subscription to said shares, regarding the postponement of
the deadline for accepting orders from members of the Exchange from 17:00 to
21:00 (Astana time) on July 15 and 18, 2016.
We remind you that July 18, 2016 is the last day for accepting KASE stock
market members' orders for the subscription-based purchase of ordinary shares
of Aktobe Metalware Plant.
According to the subscription terms on July 19, 2016 the Exchange must provide
the seller with the verified register of accepted orders eligible for execution;
on July 20, 2016 the Exchange must receive the register of accepted orders
eligible for execution. The settlement of the orders must be completed on
July 21, 2016.
