Ministry of Finance repaid coupon on MEIKAM-18 #1

/IRBIS, Apr 06, 01/ - On April 6 the Ministry of Finance (MOF) repaid coupon interest on MEIKAM-18, inflation pegged government treasury bonds of the first issue (KZ36L2903A26, 546 days). Fixed coupon rate of MEIKAM-18 #1 is 9.00% APR. Inflation for last three month amounted 2.5% (January - 1.1%, February - 0.7%, March - 0.7%). Full coupon payments amounted to KZT3,372,500.00. Interest rate in real terms is estimated by IRBIS as 19.00% APR.
