/KASE, May 19, 2016/ – National managing holding KazAgro (Astana, hereinafter –
the Holding), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE of the following:

Sole holder of the Holding's bonds worth KZT120 bn, placed on account of
proceeds from Kazakhstan's National Fund, the National Bank of Kazakhstan,
gave its consent to introduce amendments to the issue prospectus of bonds of
the Holding with NIN KZ2C0Y15D389.
The amendments relate to prolongation of the bonds circulation to 2041 with a
condition of partial redemption to at least KZT20 bn in 2035 and the remaining
debt within 10 working days after the bonds circulation expiry.
