/KASE, May 17, 2016/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Management Board as of May 17, 2016 trading in bonds
KZ2C0Y17C783 (KZ2C00001493, KASE official list, category "other debt
securities", ALTMb1) of Almatytemir (Almaty) resumed on KASE.
The trading in the mentioned bonds was suspended on KASE on April 21, 2016
until the date following the day of publication of a decision of the general
meeting of holders of the mentioned bonds in the mass media and confirmation
from Central Securities Depository (Almaty) of resumption of offering and
circulation of the mentioned bonds in its accounting system.
This decision of the Management Board was taken as KASE received the said
documents.
Earlier there was a related KASE news item of April 20, 2016 "As of April 21
trades in bonds KZ2C0Y17C783 (KZ2C00001493, ALTMb1) of Almatytemir will
be suspended on KASE" –
