The situation in the sector did not change. The single notable fact is the increased planned volume of borrowing. The issue managed to meet it precisely. Especially since demand parameters allowed this. IRBIS analysts suggest that growth of borrowing volumes is related to local factor - coupon payments for sovereign euronotes of Kazakhstan (second issue).
