NOTC KazTransOil CJSC determined lead-manager for debut euronotes issue

/IRBIS, March 21, 01/ - Information agency GSRW (London), with the reference to the public relations department of NOTC KazTransOil CJSC (Astana), confirmed the intentions of this company to conduct a debut issue of euronotes this year, denominated in U.S dollars. JP Morgan Securities Ltd. was assigned as a lead-manager of the issue. Previously, it was said that NOTC KazTransOil CJSC had planned to launch euronotes for $100 mln.
