/KASE, April 7, 2016/ – As previously reported, on April 4, 2016 the Management
Board of KASE put ordinary shares RU0009029540 of Sberbank of Russia
PJSC (Moscow, Russia) on KASE official list in the first category.
This decision of the Management Board came into force on April 7, 2016 as
Freedom Finance JSC, the shares admission initiator, fulfilled the terms set in
clause 1 of Article 18 of KASE "Listing Rules".
The trading opening date will follow at a later date.

(Moscow, Russia).
