Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan intends to offer MEOKAM-24 and MEOKAM-36 on March 12 and 13

/IRBIS, March 11, 01/ -The Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan has planned to conduct two issues of GB in the eleventh week of year 2001 (March 12 - 18): MEOKAM-24 and MEOKAM-36. MEOKAM-24 offering auction (issue #37) will be held on March 12. The payment date is March 15. Maturity date - March 13, 03. Coupon payments - Sept 13, 01; March 14, 02; Sept 12, 02; March 13, 03. Circulation term - 728 days. Planned issue volume - KZT300 mln. MEOKAM-36 offering auction (issue #31) will be held on March 13. The payment date is March 15. Maturity date - March 11, 04. Coupon payments - Sept 13, 01; March 14, 02; Sept 12, 02; March 13, 03; Sept 11, 03; March 11, 04. Circulation term - 1,092 days. Planned issue volume - KZT400 mln. Restriction for noncompetitive applications for these issues - 50%. In the next week the repayment volume of domestic GB of the Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan is estimated at KZT139.3 mln. Total repayment volume of domestic GB from February 26 through March 4 (including the National Bank notes and coupon payments for MEOKAM) is estimated at KZT5,948.7 mln.
