Kazinvestbank announces changes in composition of Board of Directors and Management Board

/KASE, March 29, 16/ – Kazinvestbank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter
informed KASE of the following:

... on conducting of a meeting of the Board of Directors of Kazinvestbank JSC on
March 24, 2016 where the following decisions were taken:
- To appoint Nurzhan Zhanabekov the Chairman of Board of Directors as of
March 24, 2016
- To remove Nurzhan Zhanabekov from the composition of the Bank's
Management Board
- To appoint Didar Akezhanov the Chairman of the Bank's Management Board
- To appoint Askar Omarov the First Deputy Chairman of Management
Board/Member of Management Board
Due to the above-mentioned changes the composition of Kazinvestbank's
Management Board is as follows as of March 24, 2016:
1) Didar Akezhanov – Chairman of Management Board, Member of Board of
Directors
2) Askar Omarov – First Deputy Chairman of Management Board/Member of
Management Board
3) Gulnar Bakatcheva – Deputy Chairman of Management Board/Member of
Management Board
4) Vladimir Ni – Managing Director/ Member of Management Board
5) Natalia Merzlyakova – Deputy Chairman of Management Board/Member of
Management Board.
