/KASE, March 25, 16/ – Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has provided KASE with an official letter of the National Bank of the Republic
of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of March 14, 2016 according to which the
National Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds
KZP01Y10E855 (KZ2C00003077, KASE official list, category "other debt
securities", HSBKb19) of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC in the
period from August 12, 2015 to February 11, 2016.
According to the letter provided no bonds have been offered in the period
under review. As of February 11, 2016 3,834,825 bonds were unplaced.
