/KASE, March 17, 16/ – KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
a copy of the letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated March 5, 2016 according to which, the National Bank
approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP01Y05E590 (KZ2C00002483,
KASE official list, Debt Securities of Entities from Quasi-Government Sector
category, KTGAb1) of KazTransGas Aimak JSC for the period from June 28 to
December 27, 2015.
According to the letter provided as of December 27, 2015 12,407,696 bonds
were placed.
