National Bank takes note of non-placement of Insurance company "Standard" shares in period from June 22 to December 21, 2015

/KASE, March 10, 16/ – Insurance company "Standard" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of the letter of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated February 26, 2016 according to which: - the National Bank took note of the non-placement of the company's shares in the period from June 22 to December 21, 2015; - as of December 21, 2015, 1,281,070 common shares of the company remained unplaced.
