/KASE, March 5, 16/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated March 5, 2016 ordinary shares KZ1C60150014 (ISIN – KZ1C00001205) of Scipio JSC(Almaty) have been included in the second category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfills terms set in item 1 of Article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". According to a certificate of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on state registration of an issue of securities of December 30, 2015, the issue of authorized shares of Scipio JSC was divided in 100,000,000 ordinary shares which were assigned national identification number KZ1C60150014. The Issue was entered in the State registry of serial securities under No. A6015. The said shares have been assigned abbreviation (trade code) SCIP.
