/KASE, March 2, 16/ – National Managing Holding KazAgro JSC (Astana,
hereinafter – the Holding), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "the rating
agency Standard & Poor's downgraded the ratings of the Holding to the level of
"ВВ+/В" and the ratings of the Holding's bonds (ISIN XS0934609016 and
XS1070363343) to the level of "ВВ+" with a negative outlook".
