/KASE, February 5, 16/ – Following the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Management Board as of February 5, 2016 the information on
international bonds USY8584LAA18, US87971SAA87 (KASE official list,
category "other debt securities", TEBNe1) of Temirbank JSC was changed in
KASE trading system and databases as follows:
- ISINs were changed from US87971SAA87 to US34955ХАА90 and from
USY8584LAA18 to USY2497PAD51;
- the issuer was changed from Temirbank JSC to ForteBank JSC.
The abbreviation (ticker) of these bonds remains unchanged – TEBNe1.
These bonds were included in KASE official list's category "rated debt
securities" on December 27, 2010, and on January 1, 2015 they were transferred
into the category "other debt securities".
The decision was taken based on the letter of ForteBank JSC of February 5,
2016, with a request to take necessary measures to replace the issuer of
international bonds (ISIN – USY8584LAA18, US87971SAA87) from Temirbank
JSC to ForteBank JSC on the basis of a signed supplementary agreement to the
trust deed dated July 23, 2015 and letters of Central securities Depository JSC
of February 4 and 5, 2016 to confirm the change of names of the said bonds.
