Caspi neft announces intention to pay out fifth dividend tranche on common shares KZ1C28830012 (KZ1C00000694, KSNF) for second half-year of 2014

/KASE, February 1, 16/ – Caspi neft JSC (Atyrau, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following: quote Following Precious Oil Products Investments B.V.'s decision – the Sole Shareholder of the Company – of June 3, 2015, the payment of dividends to the sole shareholder based on the second half of 2014 results in the amount of KZT10,967,267,778.3 was approved. The dividend size for the second half of 2014 per common share is KZT1,096,726... and 78 tiyn. On July 2, 2015 the Company made the first dividend payment tranche in the amount of KZT2,196,402,538... and 40 tiyn (equivalent as of the date of payment – USD11,795,932). On July 30, 2015 the Company made the second dividend payment tranche in the amount of KZT2,211,147,453... and 40 tiyn (equivalent as of the date of payment – USD11,795,932). On October 2, 2015 the Company paid the third tranche of dividends to the amount of KZT3,195,517,978.80 (equivalent of USD11,795,932 as of the payment day). On November 3, 2015 the Company paid the fourth tranche of dividends to the amount of KZT3,307,225,454.84 (equivalent of USD11,795,932 as of the payment day).
