/KASE, January 25, 16/ – Insurance company "Standard" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter –
the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

In December 2015 leading international rating agency A.M. Best Company affirmed
the credit rating of Insurance company "Standard" JSC at ВВ- and financial
stability rating at В- on the A.M.Best scale. Outlook "negative".
