/KASE, January 6, 16/ – Kcell JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following
information statement:

... of the information received from the Ministry of Investment and Development
of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the Ministry) on the allocation by
the Ministry of radio frequencies to all current mobile network operators of
Kazakhstan to organize LTE standard mobile communication.
The Ministry will allocate to the Company 700/800 MHz band and 10/10 MHz
width radio frequencies after it makes a one-time payment of KZT22 bn, which
will be paid in two tranches: KZT10 bn – before March 1, 2016 and KZT12 bn–
until December 1, 2016.
