Weekly borrowing balance of the National Bank on the GB market is minus KZT3,893.3 mln; balance of all issuers - minus 4,068.5 mln

/IRBIS, Jan 26, 01/ - The National Bank of Kazakhstan (NBK) ended the fourth week (Jan 22-28) of the year 2001 on the GB primary market with following results. With actual repayment amount of KZT4,718.0 mln the issuer raised KZT824.7 mln at two auctions. Weekly net borrowing balance of the NBK is negative KZT3,893.3 mln. Total borrowing balance of the Kazakhstan issuers of GB is negative KZT4,068.5 mln.
