Coupon of NSB-12 for the next circulation quarter is 6.55% APR

/IRBIS, Jan 26, 01/ - The Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan determined the coupon rate for the national savings bonds (NSB) of the 12th issue (KZ4CL2704A12) for the last circulation quarter at 6.55% APR. The coupon should be accrued on Apr 27, 01 for KZT2,783.75 th. and paid with the principal amount based on the regulations within 30 business days, beginning Apr 28, 01. The coupon rate was determined by weighted average return of MEKKAM-3 of the 278th issue (KZ43L2604A11), which was offered by the Ministry of Finance at the auction on January 22, 2001. On January 25, 2001 the Ministry of Finance paid the coupon on NSB-12 at 7.37% APR for a total of KZT3,132.25 th. The bond holders will receive this money within 10 banking days.
