/KASE, December 18, 15/ – As was announced earlier, following the decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of December 15, 2015,
bonds KZP02Y10E598 (KZ2C00003499; KZT1,000, KZT17,054,125 th.; 10
years, fixed semi-annual coupon 7.50 % APR, 30/360) of KazTransGas Aimak
JSC (Astana) were included in KASE official list's category "debt securities of
entities from quasi-state sector".
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of December 18, 2015 after the
named issuer fulfilled terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
SkyBridge Invest JSC (Almaty) is the financial advisor and underwriter of
KazTransGas Aimak JSC.
BCC Invest - subsidiary organization of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty) is
the representative of the said bonds' holders.
The said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (trade code) KTGAb2.
