Bonds KZP02Y10E598 (KZ2C00003499, KTGAb2) of KazTransGas Aimak underwent listing on KASE in debt securities of entities from quasi-public sector category

/KASE, December 18, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of December 15, 2015, bonds KZP02Y10E598 (KZ2C00003499; KZT1,000, KZT17,054,125 th., 10 years, fixed semi-annual coupon 7.50 % p.a., 30/360) of KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Astana) were included in the "debt securities of entities from quasi-public sector" category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the named issuer fulfills terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The mentioned bonds issue is the second one under the first bond program of KazTransGas Aimak JSC registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 19, 2013 to the total amount of KZT50.0 bn and the second issue of the said issuer's "internal" bonds which underwent a listing procedure on KASE. SkyBridge Invest (Almaty) is the financial advisor and underwriter of KazTransGas Aimak JSC. BCC Invest - subsidiary organization of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said bonds. The said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (trade code) KTGAb2.
