Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia imposed administrative sanctions

/KASE, December 14, 15/ – Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia" JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed KASE that "State revenues department of Bostandyk district in Almaty issued 2 resolutions of December 9, 2015 on applying to the bank of administrative sanctions in form of penalties to the amounts of KZT24,631,452 and KZT6,406,980, accordingly, for committing violations stipulated in paragraph 1 of part 1 of article 285 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code (failure to notify the state revenues authorities on opening of bank account for a taxpayer – a legal entity)".
