Low liquidity in tenge had affected two year MEOKAM offering today, though this sector of the market demonstrates rare steadiness of its conjuncture. The price parameters of the demand have become tougher, and its volume decreased. The issuer reacted traditionally: the Ministry of Finance limited himself to planned borrowing amount, which allowed him to keep the yields unchanged. Considering big repayment amounts of the National Bank notes, IRBIS specialists are tend to expect the restoration of the demand for MEOKAM soon.
