/KASE, November 26, 15/ – Aidala Munai JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) of November 20, 2015 of approval of the report on
results of placement of shares of the company.
According to the provided letter:
- National Bank approved the report on results of offering of the company
shares in the period from May 3 to November 2, 2015;
- no shares of the company were offered in the period under review; its share
capital equaled to KZT122,518,000.00.
