/KASE, November 23, 15/ – AltynEx Company JSC (Aktobe region, hereinafter
– the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National
Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated November 17, 2015,
on approval by the National Bank of the report on results of offering of bonds
of the Company.
According to the letter provided:
- National Bank approved the report on Company shares offering results for
period from August 27 to October 27, 2015;
- As of October 28, 2015 111,000 common shares were offered, its charter
capital is KZT111,000,000.00.
