/KASE, November 16, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Listing Commission dated October 15, 2015 ordinary shares KZ1C60060015
(ISIN – KZ1C00001148) of Phystech II JSC (Aktau) have been included in the
second category of KASE official list.
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of November 16, 2015 after the
issuer fulfills terms set in item 1 of Article 18 of KASE internal document
"Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE-based trading in these shares will be announced additionally.

advisor of Phystech II JSC.
The said shares have been assigned abbreviation (trade code) PHYS.
