/KASE, October 30, 15/ – As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of July 8, 2015 consent was
given to inclusion of international bonds XS1273497385 (KZT50,000,000.00,
KZT5.0 bn; September 29, 2015 – September 29, 2025, fixed semi-annual coupon
7.50 % APR, 30/360) of KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Astana) in KASE official list's
category "debt securities of entities fromquasi-state sector".
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of October 30, 2015 after the
named issuer fulfilled terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
Citibank N.A. (London) is the payment agent of the mentioned bonds, Citigroup
Global Markets Deutschland AG (Frankfurt) is the registrar.
Private Asset Management JSC (Almaty) is the financial advisor of
KazTransGas Aimak JSC.
The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) KTGAe1.
