Information on NIN and circulation term of bonds KZP06Y16D390 (KZ2C00002269, SKKZb6) of NWF Samruk-Kazyna changed

/KASE, October 26, 15/ – In accordance with a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board as of October 26, 2015 the following information on bonds KZP06Y16D390 (KZ2C00002269, KASE official list, Debt Securities of Entities from Quasi-Government Sector category, SKKZb6; KZT1,000, KZT40.5 bn; March 13, 2009 – December 13, 2024; fixed semi-annual coupon, 6.00 % ARP; 30/360) of NWF Samruk-Kazyna JSC (Astana) was changed in KASE trading system and data bases as follows: - national identification number (NIN) was changed from KZP06Y16D390 to KZP06Y11D391; - the circulation term was changed from 189 months to 11 years. The decision was taken based on copies of the certificate of National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on state registration of the securities issue of October 15, 2015, amendments to the issue prospectus of the said bonds and an official letter of Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) of October 23, 2015.
