/KASE, October 26, 15/ – Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samuryk-Kazyna" JSC (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with copies of a certificate of state registration of October 15, 2015,
replacing the one issued earlier, and registered amendments to the issue prospectus
of its bonds KZP06Y16D390 (KZ2C00002269, KASE official list, category "debt securities
of quasi-public entities", SKKZb6; KZT1,000, KZT40.5 bn; March 13, 2009 –
December 13, 2024, fixed semi-annual coupon 6.00 % APR, 30/360).
According to the mentioned documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
changes in the mentioned bond issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to a decrease of the circulation
term of the mentioned bonds from 189 months to 11 years;
- the circulation term of the mentioned bonds was raised from seven to ten
years;
- the national identifying number of the mentioned bonds was changed from
KZP06Y16D390 to KZP06Y11D391.
Amendments in the mentioned bond issue prospectus were released on KASE website
in Kazakh and Russian at
