Bonds KZP02Y05E796 (KZ2C00003465, FAGRb2) of Fund for financial support for agriculture underwent listing on KASE in debt securities of entities from quasi-public sector category

/KASE, October 16, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of October 15, 2015, bonds KZP02Y05E796 (KZ2C00003465; KZT1,000, KZT9.0 bn, 5 years, fixed semi-annual coupon 8.00 % p.a., 30/360) of Fund for financial support for agriculture JSC (Astana) were included in the "debt securities of entities from quasi-public sector" category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the named issuer fulfills terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The mentioned bonds issue is the second one under the first bond program of Fund for financial support for agriculture JSC registered by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 11, 2014 to the total amount of KZT15.0 bn and the second issue of the said issuer's "internal" bonds which underwent a listing procedure on KASE. Kazkommerts Securities JSC (Subsidiary Organization of Kazkommertsbank JSC) (Almaty) is the financial advisor and underwriter of Fund for financial support for agriculture JSC. Subsidiary Organization of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance JSC (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said bonds. The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) FAGRb2.
