Kcell held administratively liable

/KASE, October 14, 2015/ – Kcell JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following information statement: quote Based on the resolution of Sairam district court No.3-415/15 of July 30, 2015 an administrative penalty was applied to Kcell JSC in form of a fine of 500 (five hundred) monthly calculation indices, which is KZT991,000 (nine hundred ninety one thousand) with confiscation of radio-electronic Mini-Link tool for committing an administrative offense under Article 463 Part 2 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences".
