/KASE, September 29, 15/ – KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Astana), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated September 7, 2015 according to which, the National Bank
approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP01Y05E590
(KZ2C00002483, KASE official list, Debt Securities of Entities from Quasi-
Government Sector category, KTGAb1) of KazTransGas Aimak JSC for the
period from December 28, 2014 to June 27, 2015.
According to the letter provided no bonds have been offered within the period
under review. As of June 27, 2015 3,780,466 of the said bonds remained
unplaced.
