The Board of Directors of Kcell JSC on September 11, 2015 decided to extend and increase the amount of the credit line from KZT2.2 bn to KZT3.0 bn under the Framework Agreement of September 24, 2013, concluded between Kcell JSC and Altyn Bank JSC (SB of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC) with the working capital financing purpose. Thus, the line of credit in the amount of KZT2.2 bn was extended for a period of 12 (twelve) months.
