As of September 18 six issues of bonds of Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna removed from KASE official list at issuer request

/KASE, September 18, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Listing Commission, on September 18, 2015 the following bonds of
Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC (Astana) were removed from
KASE official list at issuer request:
- KZP15Y16D391 (KZ2C00002350, KASE official list, "debt securities of
entities of the quasi-public sector" category, SKKZb15);
- KZP16Y16D399 (KZ2C00002368, KASE official list, "debt securities of
entities of the quasi-public sector" category, SKKZb16);
- KZP17Y16D397 (KZ2C00002376, KASE official list, "debt securities of
entities of the quasi-public sector" category, SKKZb17);
- KZP18Y16D395 (KZ2C00002384, KASE official list, "debt securities of
entities of the quasi-public sector" category, SKKZb18);
- KZP19Y16D393 (KZ2C00002392, KASE official list, "debt securities of
entities of the quasi-public sector" category, SKKZb19);
- KZP20Y16D391 (KZ2C00002400, KASE official list, "debt securities of
entities of the quasi-public sector" category, SKKZb20).
In KASE conclusion of September 9, 2015 it is said that KASE received from
Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC the following documents:
- an application of September 7, 2015 for voluntary delisting of the mentioned
bonds;
- a copy of an extract from minutes of the Board of Directors of National
Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC of June 19, 2015;
- a copy of the registry of holders of the mentioned bonds according to which
as of September 1, 2015 all the said bonds of National Welfare Fund
Samruk-Kazyna JSC in the amount of 207,000,000,000 pieces were placed
at its personal account for accounting of authorized securities;
Based on the abovementioned and in accordance with sub-item 1) item 1 of
Article 19 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" the mentioned bonds were
delisted.
The mentioned bonds were included in KASE official list's Non-Rated Debt
Securities category as of March 18, 2009; on January 1, 2015 they were
transferred into the "debt securities of entities of the quasi-public sector"
category. Trade in them opened on March 18, 2009.
During their circulation on KASE no deals by public auction involving them were
made.
