/KASE, September 11, 15/ – Zhayremsky Gorno-Obogatitelny Kombinat
JSC (Karagandy region, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
by an official letter that on September 3, 2015 the National Bank of Republic
of Kazakhstan (National Bank) approved the report on results of offering of
shares of the Company for the period from January 24 to July 23, 2015.
