Samruk-Energy drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, August 19, 15/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of its having been drawn to administrative responsibility following the resolution of National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on August 14, 2015 "for failure to fulfill the obligation of information disclosure on the company's concluding of a major transaction and interest party deals responsibility for which is provided for in article 263 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code".
