KoZhaN announces changes in Board of Directors and Management Board

/KASE, August 19, 15/ – KoZhaN JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE
of the following:

On August 12, 2012 the Sole shareholder holding 10 and more percent of voting
shares of KoZhaN JSC – joint-stock company "Maten Petroleum", represented by
Board of Directors of Maten Petroleum JSC, conducted a meeting where powers
of the current Board of Directors of KoZhaN JSC were terminated: Chairman of
Board of Directors I. Tupikina, secretary of Board of Directors E. Derbisaliev,
as well as independent director A. Shalamov as of August 12, 2015; following a
decision of Board of Directors of Maten Petroleum JSC, the new composition of
Board of Directors of KoZhaN JSC was elected in the person of Wang Wentao
(representative of shareholder of KoZhaN JSC), He Xi (representative of
shareholder of KoZhaN JSC) and Zhang Zheng Qing (independent director).
Regarding election of the new Board of Directors, Board of Directors of KoZhaN
JSC, on August 12, 2015 conducted the first meeting where Chairman of Board
of Directors of KoZhaN JSC was elected Wang Wentao, secretary of Board of
Directors of KoZhaN JSC – He Xi. The sole executive body – general director of
KoZhaN JSC was appointed Darkhan Mendekulov, following which powers of the
current general director of KoZhaN JSC, Erbol Derbisaliev, were terminated.
