Maten Petroleum becomes sole shareholder of KoZhaN

/KASE, August 19, 15/ – KoZhaN JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on August 12, 2015 as a result of concluding a sale-purchase deal of 100% outstanding ordinary shares of KoZhaN JSC on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) the sole shareholder holding 10 and more percent of voting shares of KoZhaN JSC, is now joint-stock company "Maten Petroleum".
