/KASE, August 11, 15/ – Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation JSC (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated July 28, 2015, according to which the National
Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP01Y10E533
(KZ2C00002426, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", CAEPb1) of
Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation JSC for period from November 7, 2014
to May 6, 2015.
According to the letter provided, none of the mentioned bonds were offered in
the period under review; as of May 6, 2015, 77,238,170 bonds remained
unplaced.
