/KASE, August 11, 15/ – KazTransOil JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the company),
whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) of August 3, 2015 on approval of the report on
results of the offering of the company's shares.
According to the letter provided:
- National Bank approves report on results of offering of the company's
shares in the period from December 27, 2014 to June 26, 2015;
- as of June 26, 2015 one ordinary share of the company remained unplaced; its
share capital equaled to KZT61,937,567,000.00;
