Trades in first issue bonds of NOTC KazTransOil (Kazakhstan) will start at the KASE on October 24

/KASE, Oct.23, 00/ - By the decision of the Board of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), dated October 23, 00, the trades in the first issue inscribed coupon bonds of National oil transportation company KazTransOil CJSC (Astana, KZ73LAONAA35; official list of the KASE securities, category "A"; trade code KZTOb; October 23,00 - October 23,03; $100; semiannual coupon is 9.0% APR) will be opened from October 24, 2000. The quotation accuracy in the trade system of the KASE is set at four decimal points. The market-maker of the bonds - Kazkommerts Securities OJSC (Almaty) - will start working on the trade floor from the first day of the trades. The minimum volume of mandatory quotations - 3,000 U.S. dollars at the face value of the bonds (30 bonds). The bonds were entered into official list of the KASE securities on October 19, 2000 and can be purchased using the assets of pension funds of Kazakhstan.
