The Kazakhstan Exchange market capitalisation of corporate bonds at bid prices increased for the week by $0.3 mln to $101.6 mln

/IRBIS, Oct 20, 00/ - On October 20 capitalisation of the Exchange market for corporate bonds estimated at best bid prices, which are regularly quoted by their market-makers in the trades system equalled $101.6 mln. or KZT14,496.3 mln at current exchange rate. For the week (Oct 16-22) the indicator grew up by $0.3 mln. Capitalisation of this sector on the same date estimated at nominal value of securities (total value of all bonds at face value included in KASE trade lists) amounted $135.1 mln or KZT19,284.1 th at current exchange rate of KASE. Increase in capitalisation by $30.0 mln was caused by inclusion of KazTransOil coupon bonds in category "A" of the official list of KASE securities (trade code KZTOb). Currently, 11 corporate bonds of 11 issuers can be traded at the trade floor of the KASE, of which ten are included into official list of securities category "A". Trades are opened in bonds of 9 issuers (the auction dates for KEGOK OJSC and KazTransOil NOTC CJSC will be announced later).
