/KASE, July 27, 15/ – Managing Company "RESPUBLIKA" JSC (Almaty,
hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the
National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of July 13,
2015 on approval of the report on results of the offering of the company's
shares in the period from November 13, 2014 to May 12, 2015.
According to the letter provided:
- National Bank has approved the report on results of placement of the
company's shares in the period from November 13, 2014 to May 12,
2015;
- during the period under review no shares of the company were offered;
as of May 12, 2015 4,845,000 ordinary shares of the company were
unplaced; its registered capital equaled to KZT4,155,000,000.00.
