Alatau Zharyk Company provides to KASE extract from shareholders registers system as of July 1, 2015

/KASE, July 17, 2015/ – Alatau Zharyk Company JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), debt securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of July 1, 2015. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C05340019 of the company makes up 147,364,847 units, preferred shares KZ1P05340115 - 1,250 units; - 142,315,508 common shares and all preferred shares of the company are outstanding; - the company bought back 22,441,635 common shares; - the sole company's shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is JSC Samruk-Energy , who owns 119,875,123 shares of the company (84.23% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company), including 119,873,873 common shares (100.00% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company) and 1,250 preferred shares of the company (100.00% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company).
