Bank of Astana says composition of shareholders with ten or more percent of bank shares changed

/KASE, July 14, 15/ – Bank of Astana JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter updated KASE on the composition of its shareholders: quote ... as of July 10, 2015, the Bank's shareholders owning ten and more percent of the voting shares are: 1) Kenes Rakishev, 30.29039547% of the voting shares, or 2,362,792 shares of the total outstanding voting shares; 2) Olzhas Tokhtarov, 69.70960453% of the voting shares, or 5,437,674 shares of the total outstanding voting shares.
