/KASE, July 13, 15/ – KazTransOil JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the
following official letter:

On changes in the order of the Chair of the Agency on Regulation of Natural
Monopolies of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 20, 2014 No. 60 - ОД
"On approval of a tariff and tariff estimates for the regulated service on oil
pumping through the main pipelines of "KazTransOil" JSC as an emergency
regulatory measure" and invalidated order of the Chair of the Agency on
Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated
December 20, 2013 No. 391- ОД "On approval of a tariff for the regulated service
on oil pumping through the Kazakhstan section of "Tuimazy-Omsk-Novosibirsk-2"
main pipeline of "KazTransOil" JSC, the following tariffs for pumping of oil
through the main pipelines of "KazTransOil" JSC were approved by the order of
the acting General Director (Chair of the Management Board) of "KazTransOil"
JSC dated June 26, 2015 No. 64
